Returns Information

We take pride in preparing your order efficiently but ensuring it reaches you in the condition you'd expect...
However if this isn't the case, we will do everything we can to fix it! Please contact our customer support team with your order number and details of issue within 14 days of receipt. We will try our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please email your issue to info@islelovesweets.co.uk
Returned products must be in perfect original sale condition, unless specified as damaged during transit. Return postage is at the buyer's own cost and risk. We advise for all items to be returned via tracked mail.
No refunds will be given for any items that go missing in the post and a claim will be made to Parcelforce / Royal Mail.
